Valentine's Day was a major success for me. I wanted to make a special dinner for Tim and it worked!!! I was going to take a picture of my masterpieces and totally forgot. I was just too excited to eat it! I made him bacon-wrapped filet mignon, with sauted asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. I got two thumbs up from Tim!

That's one of our favorite meals! Except we call it Rouladin. Its Gramma Jones' recipe... we eat it til we can't breath! :)
